While diversity, equity, and inclusion continue to garner attention, recent data shows little tangible change in senior representation for women in finance. It’s time to take responsibility as individuals, organizations, and industry. The Gender Equity Consortium is based on data-driven methodologies that emphasize awareness, action, and accountability. High-level sessions on negotiation, organizational change, and combating stereotypes, combined with each firm’s commitment to the gender equity challenge, will help advance gender equity in individual firms and across private capital markets.
